Cities like Austin, Denver, and Raleigh routinely show up near the top of lists of great places to live, but there isn't the same awareness about how great they are for starting and growing a company. Yet, they have distinguished themselves as burgeoning entrepreneurial hubs, with a density of companies, good fundraising activity, supportive ecosystems, and measurable impacts on local or state economic development.
